AGO (Aims, Goals, Objectives)
Edward de Bono's strategy to help students analyze the reasons behind actions.

Aims refer to the widest level. Aims are general statements that provide direction or intent to educational action. Aims are usually written in amorphousterms using words like: learn, know, understand, appreciate, and these are not directly measurable. Aims often are not measurable.
Goals are more narrow and often specific. Goals are statements of educational intention which are more specific than aims. Goals too may encompass an entire program, subject area, or multiple grade levels.
Objectives refer to specific gains / behaviours. Objectives are usually specific statements of educational intention which delineate either general or specific outcomes.

Remember objectives and goals have to be SMART

Brain-based Learning
An instructional model based on the idea that instructional activities are more effective if they occur in an environment compatible with the way the brain is designed to learn.
